I wasn't always very successful at breadmaking. Being scientifically minded, I struggled with the fine nuances of making bread and how to adjust the parameters to make the perfect dough ball. So now I share my experiences to help others learn because I believe that everyone can learn to make great breads. I've spent thousands of hours researching and trying new recipes. So many recipes on the internet simply do not work or do not taste good, so my goal with this website is to only post recipes that I personally use and have found to be incredible so that you don't have to waste your time wasting ingredients and effort.
